Batch Production for "Costaboard" Balance Boards
To cut out 1000+ Units of Balance Boards from pre bend and coated Plywood, I designed a Vacuum Tool to clamp everything save and in Position.
The Process is streamlined to take a minimum Amount of Time. The 11 mm thick boards are cut with a 3D Contour, following the bend in only one Path.
